Project Manager – PNW Region

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing BAU and Plant Maintenance projects, building client relationships, managing construction sites, and optimizing project performance. Primary responsibilities include planning, scheduling day-to-day site management, and overall execution with a focus on safety, quality, and cost. This role interfaces and works directly with crews, project managers, clients, and executive management. Telecom experience is required.

Desired Qualifications

Conduct weekly customer calls to provide project timelines and updates on work in
progress (WIP).
• Facilitate the management and inventory of materials across multiple yard
locations.
• Review and approve or deny subcontractor invoices.
• Plan, organize, and control project costs (POC).
• Review field employees’ hours, per diem submissions, and reimbursements.
• Organize and schedule lodging and travel arrangements for field employees.
• Plan and coordinate incoming projects, including pre-construction walkouts.
• Perform quality control (QC) and audits on completed projects to ensure
compliance with NESC, municipal, and company standards.
• Oversee construction sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, ensuring high
levels of quality and safety.
• Manage fleet repairs and schedule routine maintenance.
• Request purchase orders (POs) for subcontractors.
• Oversee multiple subcontractors and in-house crews, tracking completion
timelines, managing change orders, and addressing revisions.
• Address customer complaints, including concerns from homeowners, and ensure
timely resolutions.
• Conduct pre-construction walkouts for bid opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum 4-week work forecast.
• Lead and direct ground crews daily.
• Ensure that all work is completed by approved documents and
procedures, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe project execution.
• Guarantee job site cleanliness, including the upkeep of company vehicles and
equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
• Develop and maintain redline and daily reports, while monitoring schedule
updates.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years experience of project management in the telecom
construction industry.
• Supervisor experience is required.
• Risk assessment/management.
• Leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Travel is required to manage projects in WA, OR, and ID.
• Verifiable business references are required.
