Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Van Sciver’s career in construction spans over two decades, marked by a progressive journey through various sectors of the industry. He began his career in 2004 at Holcim as a production manager in Denver, subsequently taking on the role of performance improvement manager for the Western region.

In 2007, Van Sciver shifted his focus to renewable energy, serving as a Project Manager for RES Construction before advancing to Director of Construction at juwi Wind, LLC. This seven-year tenure solidified his expertise in the sector.

Transitioning to the construction and maintenance industry, Van Sciver co-founded Harvest Energy Services, Inc. in 2014. He successfully grew the company before its acquisition by Workrise Technologies in 2019.

In 2020, Van Sciver expanded his portfolio by establishing a telecom division within Workrise Technologies, marking his entry into the telecommunications industry.

Christian Santangelo

Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder

With over 25 years of experience in network infrastructure and operations, Santangelo offers a deep well of expertise in his role. His career journey began as an installation technician and progressed to executive leadership positions, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Before joining Valhalla, Santangelo held key roles, including Director of Operations and Business Development, as well as Vice President of Operations. A notable highlight in his career was the acquisition of his own construction company, Vision Broadband Inc., in 2015, a significant milestone that further solidified his leadership in the industry.

Anand Narsai

Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder

Narsai is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with a fifteen-year track record of driving enterprise value. His career is predominantly focused in the energy sector, where he has held pivotal roles.

Narsai’s experience includes a four-year tenure as Head of Finance and Accounting at Harvest Energy Services. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Controller for a solar construction company for three years. His career began with various accounting and finance roles between 2007 and 2014.

Most recently, Narsai contributed to the financial strategy of DELVE, a solar construction company, as their Financial Controller. Narsai holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Wichita State University.
